REGISTRATION FEES

You may pay prior to attending the conference by visiting Pay in advance or by sending a check made out to Rutgers University by mail - see mailing address at the bottom of this page. Payments may also be made by cash or check at the conference registration desk.

Rutgers Affiliates and Graduate Students not on grants are exempt from registration fees.

MEAL OPTIONS & COSTS

If you would like to have a vegetarian or kosher meal please indicate below. 
Cocktails and a concert will precede the dinner on Sunday (Free for everyone to attend, sponsored by Springer Publishing). 
No dinner will be served on Tuesday.

All lunches: $25.00
Sunday conference dinner: $60.00                                                     Sunday Conference dinner for two: $120.00
Monday cocktails & dinner: $60.00                                                 Monday cocktails & dinner for two: $120

(Please note: Use of overhead and/or powerpoint projectors are not available for short talks.)

There will be three short talk sessions - session A, B or C. Session A -   Monday morning, Session B - Tuesday morning and Session C-Tuesday afternoon. Please indicate the session you would like to talk at, in order of preference:
I will try to accommodate everyone as far as possible. Preference will be given to those who register early.

PARKING

PLEASE NOTE: Individual parking permits are no longer emailed or distributed from the registration desk. Instead the transportation/parking department has been notified of the conference and has designated the following lots for attendees: Lots 59, 60a, and 64 are available during the conference. This is free ONLY if you register your vehicle HERE

REGISTRATION FEE: $80.00 one day / $130.00 two days / $170.00 three days

The registration fee covers continental breakfast. Rutgers affiliates, graduate students NOT ON GRANTS, and scientists unemployed during the past year are exempt from registration fee.

PAYMENTS: Please note that we cannot unfortunately accept credit cards. Cash and checks are acceptable. All checks should be made payable to Rutgers University. It is advisable to send your payment in advance by check to expedite the registration process and eliminate the need to remember to bring cash or your checkbook with you to the conference.
