Stochastic dynamics and the Polchinski equation: an introduction
I am going to present a renormalisation group perspective on properties of stochastic dynamics associated with Ising type models and continuum systems. This approach relies on the Polchinski equation which I am going to explain. I will also explain the relationship of this approach to other methods, in particular to stochastic localisation and transport theory. This talk is based on the recent survey arXiv:2307.07619 in collaboration with R. Bauerschmidt and B. Dagallier
