Landau-Ginzburg potentials for integrable systems

I will focus on a class of integrable systems called "almost toric" of which the spherical pendulum is an example.   The mirror symmetry conjectures associate to such a system a so-called Landau-Ginzburg potential. I will describe joint work with S. Venugopalan (IMSc Chennai) in which we give computational techniques to compute  such potentials.    A particularly interesting class of examples are the almost toric integrable system structures on the projective plane, which correspond to Markov triples.  In particular, I will describe how to compute the potential corresponding to a Markov triple combinatorially.
